Terms of Service

Effective date: June 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "Customer"), and the owner and operator of SkyStrategyHub.com (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website, downloading a sample, creating an account, or subscribing to any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.

2. Definitions

  • Service means the Medical Intent Feed and any related data products, sample files, reports, or deliverables provided by the Company.
  • Data means the records, fields, contact information, and compiled datasets made available to you through the Service.
  • Subscription means a recurring paid plan granting access to the Service for a defined billing period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. The Service is intended for business-to-business use only and is not directed to consumers. By using the Service, you represent that you are acting in a commercial or professional capacity.

4. License and permitted use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Data internally for your own lawful business outreach and marketing activities. This license is personal to you and your organization.

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

  • Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, redistribute, or otherwise make the Data available to any third party as a standalone product;
  • Incorporate the Data into a competing dataset, directory, or data-broker product;
  • Use the Data in any manner that violates applicable law, including anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy, or data-protection laws;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to recreate the Service or its underlying sourcing methodology;
  • Use the Data to harass, defraud, discriminate against, or harm any individual.

5. Customer compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Data complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your activities and jurisdiction, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CASL (Canada), the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, PECR, and any state or national data-protection requirements. You are responsible for honoring opt-out and do-not-contact requests, maintaining suppression lists, and obtaining any consent required for your communications. The Company provides the Data as a sourcing tool and does not warrant that any particular use by you is lawful.

6. Free samples

Sample files are provided for evaluation purposes only. They remain subject to all use restrictions in these Terms. Samples are provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind and may be limited, redacted, or modified at the Company's discretion.

7. Subscriptions, fees and billing

  • The Medical Intent Feed is offered at $290 per month (or the price displayed at the time of purchase), billed in advance.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.
  • Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused access.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Upon cancellation or termination, your license to use the Data ends and you must cease using and delete any Data still in your possession, except where retention is required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The website, the Service, the compiled datasets, branding, logos, software, and all related materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you. "SkyStrategyHub" and associated marks may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to access the Service beyond what is expressly permitted. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

11. Data accuracy disclaimer

The Data is compiled from third-party and public sources, including official regulatory filings. While we apply automated extraction and human verification, the Company does not warrant that the Data is complete, accurate, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Freshness targets, verification statements, and delivery windows are operational goals, not contractual guarantees. The Data is provided "as is" and "as available."

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Data or the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any individual whose information appears in the Data; or (d) your marketing, outreach, or communications activities.

15. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 4–5, 9, 11–14, and 17) shall survive.

16. Changes to the Terms or Service

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the owner of SkyStrategyHub.com is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You irrevocably agree that any such dispute shall be brought and resolved exclusively before the competent courts of the country of the site owner, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with any order or plan details, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@skystrategyhub.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how SkyStrategyHub.com (the "Company", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information. It covers two distinct categories of individuals: (a) website visitors and customers who interact with us, and (b) data subjects whose professional information may appear in our datasets.

1. Information we collect from visitors and customers

  • Contact and account data: name, business email, company, and details you provide when you contact us, request a sample, or subscribe.
  • Billing data: processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected automatically.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. Information in our datasets (data-subject information)

As part of our Service, we compile professional information about licensed providers from public and third-party sources, including official state regulatory filings, primary government licensing boards, and the national NPI registry. This may include name, professional credential, NPI number, specialty, license issue date, issuing authority, and professional contact information. This information relates to individuals in their professional capacity and is sourced from records made available by public authorities.

3. How we use information

  • To process subscriptions, deliver datasets, and respond to enquiries;
  • To send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out at any time);
  • To compile, verify, and supply datasets to business customers as our core Service;
  • To detect fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (where the GDPR / UK GDPR applies)

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating a business-to-business data service (balanced against individuals' rights); compliance with legal obligations; and consent, where required.

5. How we share information

  • Service providers: hosting, payment processing, analytics, and email delivery vendors acting on our instructions.
  • Business customers: dataset records are provided to subscribing customers as the core Service.
  • Legal and protective disclosures: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell the personal information of our website visitors or customers for advertising purposes. The sale of professional dataset records is addressed in the Do Not Sell My Info section below.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We operate internationally and serve customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Individuals who appear in our datasets may also request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of their information. To exercise any right, email contact@skystrategyhub.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites whose privacy practices we do not control. We encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.

13. Contact

California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

This section applies to California residents and explains rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). Residents of other U.S. states with similar laws may have comparable rights and may submit requests using the same method below.

1. Notice regarding the sale and sharing of information

SkyStrategyHub.com operates as a data provider. Under the CCPA/CPRA's broad definitions, our supply of compiled professional records to business customers may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We provide this notice transparently and offer the opt-out rights described below.

2. Categories of personal information we may sell or share

  • Identifiers (such as name and professional identifiers including NPI number);
  • Professional or employment-related information (specialty, credential, license date, issuing authority);
  • Professional contact information (business email).

We collect these categories from public and third-party sources, including official state regulatory filings and government licensing boards. We do not knowingly sell or share the sensitive personal information of California residents, and we do not sell or share the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16.

3. Your California rights

  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
  • Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold/shared about you;
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information;
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

4. How to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to exercise any other right above, email contact@skystrategyhub.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Info" and include enough detail for us to locate and verify your record (for example, your full name and the email address or NPI number associated with the record). Upon a valid request, we will remove your information from records made available to customers and add you to our suppression list.

5. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization and verification of both your identity and the agent's authority before processing the request.

6. Verification and response times

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to access, deletion, correction, or know requests. We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and to respond substantively within 45 days, with an extension where permitted by law.

7. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, including by denying service, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.

8. Contact
